Eligibility Criteria for Juvenile Card

Since this card is known as a smart card, to apply for it, 

  • The child for whom you are applying for a juvenile card must be under 18 years of age and must be a Pakistani.
  • This application can be submitted by the child’s parents or guardians who have their guardianship documents.

Documents required for a juvenile card

The following documents are required to apply for this card: 

  1. Child’s birth certificate. Make sure that you have a valid birth certificate issued by the Union Council or Municipal Corporation. 
  2. The parent or guardian should have a National Identity Card. 
  3. Along with this, the child should have a Child Registration Certificate i.e. Form B.

 Proof of residence. i.e. utility bill. A rental agreement may also be required in some cases.

Visit the NADRA registration center

To apply for a smart card, go to the NADRA Registration Center with the necessary documents so that your application can be submitted.

Fees and Processing Procedure

  • If you want to get your juvenile card in normal time, i.e. after 30 to 31 days, then your fee is Rs. 750.
  • And if you want to get your smart card immediately or after some time, i.e. after 15 to 23 days, then your fee will be Rs. 1500.
  • And if you want to get your card fast-track, that is, very quickly, because sometimes it happens that there is a need, then this card can be obtained in nine to seven days, but for this you will have to pay a fee of 2500.

Online Appointment for Smart Card

NADRA also provides the facility of online apartment to the applicant. 

Go to NADRA website and click on appointment. After that, you enter all your details including name, CNIC and other things. Then get the slot book for the appointment and receive a confirmation message.

Tracking Application Status

The applicant can check the status of his/her Nile Card application using his/her tracking ID on the NADRA website or mobile.
