Eligibility Criteria for the Laptop Scheme:
To be eligible for the PM Laptop Scheme, you must meet these eligibility criteria, then you will be able to benefit from it.
- You must have a valid CNIC
- And B.Farm.
- You must be admitted to an educational institute that is recognized by HEC, whether it is a public sector or a university.
- If you are pursuing a PhD, MPhil, MPA, four to five-year bachelor’s degree, and also a two-year program, then you are eligible for this program.
- If your performance in this regard is talked about, then at least 60 percent of your marks in the annual examination system should be required.
- If you are in the semester system, then about 70 percent of your marks should be required.
To be eligible for this program, it has been made mandatory for you to be a Pakistani citizen.

Registration or Application Procedure

Children Who are not Eligible for this Program:
- Students studying in the private sector, i.e. students studying in HEIs, will not be able to benefit from the scheme.
- Children enrolled in affiliated colleges that are locked from any government degree and postgraduate college are also ineligible.
- Students who have already received a laptop scheme from any other program are also ineligible for this program.
- Azad Jammu and Kashmir Apart from this, no foreign citizen can benefit from this program.
- Children who have not applied or their application has not been received by the portal for any reason can also not benefit from this program.
- If a student submits the required documents and proof of academic performance incorrectly or fails to submit the proof, the laptop will not be given.
If the student’s degree has been completed, that student will also be deprived of the laptop.
