- The person who is applying for this program should be a nucleus as per the record in his Nadra, that is, he should belong to the Beta family, which is formed after marriage.
- An important and necessary thing for the applicant is that he will be able to benefit from this program only if he is a permanent resident of Punjab, that is, his identity card should be of Punjab.
- You can apply for this program only if you have such a limit of land that if you are living in villages, then you should have about 10 marlas of land and if you are a citizen, then you must have five marlas of land.
- A person who has been found involved in any crime, even if he is a permanent resident of Punjab, will not be able to benefit from the program. - If a person is indebted to any institution or any bank, then he will also not be able to benefit from this program.

As per the orders of Prime Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar program is going on at a fast pace. The application process was stopped for some time because of the funding issue and before that time, many successes were achieved in the program.
